During our engagement with residents and employees of homes for refugees we have in the past worked very successfully with the innovation methods of Design Thinking and Human Values and Intercultural Innovation to encourage people to think out of the box and to become more confident. Rootpacker Academy
offers seminars in Intercultural Innovation as well as in Design Thinking and Human Values for
your residents and for your employees. We have experiences in organizing Cross Cultural Festivals
and Open Design Cities where people from different cultures have the chance for an intercultural
exchange. During our Refugee Summer School in September 2016,
refugees and international students developed a model for an intercultural house for locals and
